Le projet
As the world goes through a particularly jarring and testing time, I would like to exhibit a series of paintings, sculptures and a sound installation that echoes this current climate.
Amongst other issues, the work draws attention to contemporary iconography, capitalist innovation, the culture of universality and how these emerge from and connects to history, race and society.
The title of the series deliberately evokes the current technologically accelerating era, the turbulence of this landscape, the reinvigoration and/or destruction of established industries and the rapid increase of mental health issues over the last two decades.
The exhibition will be important in highlighting contemporary concerns around the speed of change, information, over-stimulation and it’s psychological toll on humans.
The show will include 9 medium to large paintings, a sound installation and two sculptures of one metre high.

The exhibition will be travelling internationally to Japan, China, East and West coast of the US, Europe and the UK.
The sponsor(s) will have their name and brand logo on every exhibition handout. Furthermore, they will receive a special mention in the exhibition descriptions thanking them for making the project possible. They will be entitled to two artworks of their choice to add to their collection (ev: £3500 - £5500 each) and can have their brand logo within one or more of the artworks.
